Mindy McCready Must Return Son Or Face Arrest

If Mindy McCready doesn’t bring her son back to the Cape Coral, Florida area by Thursday, she could face arrest. The news was confirmed by local police Wednesday after a missing person’s report was filed. This story is complicated, as it would be whenever a child is involved. It all began when McCready lost custody of her son following a bunch of legal trouble, including a brawl with her own mother. She was sentenced to jail for two months, and also lost custody of her son who has been living with his grandmother. The singer was not supposed to leave the immediate area with him according to a court order, but did it anyway. From the reports I have read it sounds like she did this knowingly. At first, this story sounds like another crazy mom has ran off with her kids after losing custody, but I don’t think that is what happened.
