Justin Bieber?s song titles have been given a Twitter makeover as Tweeps get creative with the hashtag ?#ReplaceABieberSongWithArm.? Twitter users have transformed his songs ?Never Say Never? and ?Stuck in the Moment? into ?Never Say Arm? and ?Stuck In the Arm.?

Justin Bieber fans are also thanking the Canadian pop star for his music and inspiration in 2011 with the number two hashtag ?#thanksjustin.? Thanks Justin, say microbloggers, ?for bringing such an inspiration to us, for giving back, for sharing your music to the world, for everything. We love you.?

The Christian Post reports that New Destiny Christian Center?announced Thursday morning that?Paula White?is the new?senior pastor?of the?Florida megachurch?the late?Zachery Tims?founded 15 years ago with his ex-wife, Riva Tims, who is also suing the?Florida?megachurch.

After weeks of speculation that White, who currently leads?Without Walls?International Church in Tampa,?would be taking over?leadership?duties for the Apopka church, NDCC administrators confirmed the rumors in a press release.

Did Blackhawk Technical College fail students?

Three times in recent weeks, Blackhawk Technical College has called evacuations because of gas problems. At least one student tells us she suffered related health problems and reported gas smells and concerns repeatedly before the second evacuation.

Mitsui to operate water, waste water treatment plants in China

Mitsui & Co, through Galaxy NewSpring, a joint venture company equally held by Mitsui and Hyflux, has entered into an agreement to operate two additional operational assets, water treatment and waste water treatment plants, in China.

The operational assets are situated in two provinces, Shandong and Chongqing, and they will significantly contribute to the development of the regional community and environmental preservation.

In addition, these operation assets include expansion plans and other potential enhancement projects in these provinces.

Galaxy will invest about JPY6bn ($77.11m) for the two operational assets, and together with the existing assets held by Galaxy, the total investment is planned to be JPY35bn ($450m).

The total designed capacity upon commencement of operation of all assets by Galaxy will be over 1,000,000 cubic meter per day.

Galaxy has been improving local operation and management, and will operate these two operational assets along with the twenty-two water treatment plant operational assets, which Galaxy is currently operating in China.
