Oportunity is available for a Voice Engineer within a Global Infrastructure Team. This position will implement new unified communication technology that will change

?

how employees work and collaborate across the globe.

?Responsibilities Include:
? Design, installation and configuration of Cisco CallManager in a Clustered Solution; Cisco Unity Voice Mail / Unified Messaging design and configuration;

?

Routers/Voice Gateways
?? Partnering with Architecture personnel on developing the overall voice strategy, design, upgrades, deployment, retirement and troubleshooting of components that

?

make enterprise voice infrastructure
? Responsible for complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities
? Recommend and document changes to system configurations
? Provide third tier support of all communications systems
?
Required Skills/Experience:
?? 5+ years of technical telecom experience in a Network Engineering and Support enterprise environments
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related degree program
? VoIP network design and support experience in a large enterprise organization
?Advanced proficiency of Cisco hardware and software platforms
? Thorough understanding of telecommunications theory and voice communications (understanding PBX and VoIP and how the 2 integrate)
? Troubleshoot and enabled experience with Cisco IOS, TCP/IP, VLAN implementation, trunking and inter-VLAN routing
? Experience with IOS- integrated operating systems.
